Powerful, Practical, and Worth Reading Again and Again
Winning the War in Your Mind by Craig Groeschel is definitely a book I’ll be coming back to more than once. I finished it in a single day because it’s so engaging, and I loved all the practical applications he shares. Craig opens up about his life…. both the highs and the lows…and shows how he used those experiences to grow and learn through Christ. This book is full of wisdom, encouragement, and tips we can all apply to our own lives. I highly recommend reading and rereading, underlining passages, and revisiting it as a gentle reminder for navigating life’s mountains and valleys. A truly impactful and transformative read.

Must Read
This book is excellent. The battle is real. It’s hard. It is constant. This book gives you the tools to fight this battle. To change one’s thought process is the key to living in Christ. It changes our outlook and gives us the ability to change outwardly. Even when I start to feel nervous about walking in a new room, just changing my thoughts from what i’m wearing, how people will see me, or if i’m going to make a mistake and changing those thoughts to God sent me. This book gave me “God-fidence” and I am so thankful for all of the work and efforts Craig Groeschel has put into this book. His authenticity, use of scripture, and vulnerability makes this book relatable, relevant, and gives me the confidence and tools to fight the good fight. Blessings to anyone reading this right now.

awesome book (convincting) totally recommend.
To be hoenst i wasn’t really expecting much from this book from what ive already heard… But it totally proved me wrong. If you allow yourself actually dwell on each chapter this book totally helped me shift to a vertical disposition on and was able to discover a lot of misbeleifs I have about god and myself and others. Such a challening book if you struggle with a defeatism mentality as well. I LOVE how its so perosnalized becuase at the end of most chapters it gives you a question and a blank space to answer so that you can actually mediate on it and be able to look back at it instead of just forgetting.

A great book on anxiety to deepen your spiritual defenses
Fantastic overview of the issues of the mind, both well illustrated, expanded upon and tied deeply to scripture. Thank you Craig. Refreshing it is to read that great leaders like Craig have gone through anxiety, as many of us have. Came to this book after having read the book by Max Lucado Anxious for nothing, a brilliant book aswell, and highly recommended, now onto “Do not Give the enemy a seat at your table” by Giglio, a fantastic exploration of Psalms 23. After having experienced anxiety myself recently, even to the emmergency room, I am steeping myself in this literature, and Craig’s book is one of the best ones I’ve read on the subject. Talking about reading, I am find myself reading more than ever instead of watching content or coding/doing work on my computer at night. Renewing your mind rather than just always being productive feels like a very useful thing.

This book will change the way you think about your life. It will also help you to understand the way our brain works so that you can be better equipped to get a new perspective on why we think the way we do. I heartily recommend it. I went through it with a small group of people which resulted in us being open about our struggles and encouraging each other to face up to and change unhelpful ways of thinking and to establish new patterns of helpful thoughts.

This book is great to read. Thank you Craig for putting so much heart into it and honestly sharing your own struggles. I love the questions at the end of every chapter. Will continue to think about them for a while
