These chapters build the framework for the book and introduce readers to Lady Wisdom and Lady Folly, two figurative women used to teach the benefit of pursuing wisdom and the peril of rejecting it.   Session Three: Wisdom in Our Words (28:16)—Ruth Chou Simons teaches on walking the way of wisdom in our words. The way of wisdom in our words isn’t a self-help program to get us what we want or to make others like us; it’s an alignment with God’s character, for His glory and our good.  Session Four: Wisdom in Friendship and Neighborliness (36:56)—Kelly Minter teaches on walking the way of wisdom in our relationships with friends and neighbors. She draws connections between the principles in the book of Proverbs and the New Testament commands to extend to others compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.  Session Five: Wisdom at Home (35:30)—Adrienne Camp hosts a conversation with Courtney Doctor, Ruth Chou Simons, and Jen Wilkin on walking the way of wisdom at home. Conversation topics include how to be wise in parenting, marriage, caring for aging parents, and what it means to be spiritual mothers to other women in the body of Christ.  Session Six: Wisdom in Work, Wealth, and Leadership (31:42)—Elizabeth Woodson examines what Proverbs has to say about stewarding the resources God has given us—things like our money, time, job, talents, and relationships. God has entrusted us with these resources, and we are called to use them wisely.  Session Seven: Training a Wise Heart (39:20)—Courtney Doctor teaches that true wisdom is not something we can merely dig deep, train hard, and go get. Instead, true wisdom will grow as we love and follow Jesus, the One in whom all wisdom is found.  Session Eight: A Portrait of Wisdom (42:41)—In this final teaching, Jen Wilkin walks verse-by-verse through Proverbs 31, examining how this final chapter captures the main idea of the book of Proverbs as a whole.
