A Lifesaver for a Cranky Toddler!
For the last 4 months or so, I’ve had to sing my niece the “Water Buffalo Song” every day! She got a stuffed animal buffalo at the Zoo when she went and she’ll bring it over to me and hand it to me, wanting me to sing her the song (she’s almost 14 months old). As soon as I sing the first few words, her face lights up and she starts smiling and laughing.The Water Buffalo Song has been our go-to song when she starts to get fussy in a restaurant (of course, I kind of whisper-sing it, not belt it out like Celine Dion in the middle of the restaurant!), is resisting diaper changes, or is freaking out. As soon as we start singing it, she’s happy go lucky again.I figured I’d get this CD to play for her in the car (and perhaps save myself from having to sing the same song 20 times a day!!). She still prefers her Auntie’s “Live Version” over the CD, but she does like the CD. It’s got a lot of great songs on it, and lucky for us, the Water Buffalo Song is the first song on the disc!Good price, plus you get a free MP3 download of the whole CD when you purchase it! I gave the CD to her mom for her car and downloaded the MP3 copy onto my iPod and can have that in my car to play for her when she’s riding with me.

Fun family friendly music
Fantastic CD. Lots of songs with a good variety. My 15 toddler loves Veggie Tales and music so this CD is perfect. It is fun, somewhat educational, and isn’t super annoying for adults to listen to. This is great for long car rides or just for fun at home. It makes a great gift for toddlers.

Great for car rides
My 3 yr old loves this CD. We play it in the car and he had it memorized after about a week or so. He loves all the “Bob and Larry CDs”, as he calls them. Yes, after about hearing it 3 times in a row, you want a break from it. It is a nice CD though and we have it in rotation with other kid CDs in the car. It was worth the money for us.

Wholesome Family Fun In The Car!
I was thrilled to see this CD offered on Amazon.com. I bought it for my son (10) and for myself (of course) to listen to in the car. We love the Veggie Tales series and I expected we might enjoy the music too!What I did not expect, is how much I would enjoy listening to the various songs. My personal favorite is “Pizza Angel”. It makes me laugh and sing along every time!I know that the window of innocense is small for a child these days and being able to stoke that childish laughter and sense of raw playfulness is priceless. So, I am grateful to be able to share a few moments of laughter and comradery in harmless mirth in this daily rat race.If you want to be able to sing and laugh along with your kiddos on a car trip, then I recommend this product for you!I might add, that my son and I also greatly enjoy listening to the kids radio drama, “Adventures In Odyssey” from Focus On The Family.

Great product. My Son loves Veggie Tales, and the songs. When the CD showed up there was a huge crack across the case. Not happy with the way Amazon packed this gift.

Family Favorite!
I have heard more Silly Songs with Larry than I care to admit at this point. This is a car favorite with my VeggieTales-loving kids. It has the favorites that they knew and already sang frequently (Cheeseburger, anyone?) and a few that they hadn’t heard that they now love. A definite family favorite! (But Mom could probably do without listening to it on repeat on a 10 hour road trip.)

Great CD Collection
This is an awesome CD. My kids love it! We borrowed this from the library and loved it so much we bought our own copy. The kids beg to listen to it every time we are in the car. It has a great mix of traditional kids songs, religious songs, and a unique song or two. Highly recommended

This CD is full of songs from VeggieTales, a series of children’s films based on morality and the Christian faith. These silly songs, however, do not contain the religious aspects of the films (with the exception of song 9 “The New and Improved Bunny Song” which includes the line “Yeah, I’ll go to church”).The songs are quite silly and fun and my family likes them even though we do not subscribe to the beliefs professed by the creators.
