Beautiful! Initial order had stubborn Styrofoam white bits on holders (shipped in a heat wave)
The gold touches against royal blue is stunning. The outer layer has translucent film like stained glass paint over the clear glass candle holder. There is an overlap in the ‘paint’ that causes a dark overlap up the back. So although imperfect in the back, they are just gorgeous from the front. Mine had stuck on styrofoam from the packaging; bits wouldn’t come off sufficiently. Much of the rest of the country, and world, had just had a major heat wave. The seller kindly advised they are addressing this; a wrap of paper around them or something before boxing would do. The first order wasn’t giftable, nor did I want to keep them because of the white bits, so with some Catholic guilt, I returned them. I had better luck and now love the perfection of my Lady of Grace candles. Nice scent, like fresh linin meets rosemary; can be Christmasy for the season, or year round use. I add new candles to the glass voltives.

Do not burn evenly
I bought these candles for family members who passed away. They do not burn evenly, but the glass jar is decorated beautifully.

To be fair, I haven’t burned these candles yet. However, the unlit scent is really nice and not overpowering. Love the contrast of the dark blue glass and gold accents. My only gripe: as others have mentioned, bits of white Styrofoam stick very persistently to the candles. I thought they would just brush off, but I had to scrub it gently with a nail brush. Worth considering if you’re getting this as a gift.

I bought these for a friend who lost her dad recently. I can not tell you how beautiful these candles are and heartwarming. The pictures of the Virgin Mary are very striking and comforts any home with its light scent .
