Very fine…great quality… I use 3 sprinkles in my morning cacao and coffee, to brighten up the flavor and get some good minerals…Yum.

Better than table salt by a long shot
This salt has not lost its savour, and therefore is good to salt therewith. It has multiplied the taste of my meals. Very tasty, also useful for many other purposes.

Celtic salt is supposed to be moist. I keep it in a wide mouth glass jar with a good sealing lid. Some people dry it. I love the taste and the nutritional benefit. If I want to add it to water, I put it in the blender. I like using it with ground beef, steak or fish.
