This is Pam Christian’s journey into self-help before self-help was even a thing. Facing extraordinary circumstances from a young age, including childhood abuse and the ultimate reckoning with her family over those experiences, Pam relied on her instincts and self-awareness not only to survive but to thrive. Those instincts would later become methods for success within the world of personal development. For Pam, however, they were simply an intuitive solution to an unthinkable situation. In I Hope You’re Having a Great Day! I Know I Am!, Pam courageously shares her fascinating story to inspire readers to make simple changes for maximum impact to their everyday lives.

From a victim of abuse to a thriving adult. Amazing story.
I read this book cover to cover a few weeks ago. I could not put it down. And here I am still thinking about it enough to go back and leave a review so that others are motivated to read it.I experienced a range of emotions from sadness to outrage and anger that something so horrible can happen to a three year old child and not be exposed for so long a time. The story of stolen innocence and the struggles from that point on were really rough to think about having to navigate alone.Thankfully this story is one of triumph over the evil acts of a sick person. More than survival, the experience turned into a positive – by being an amazing mother to 3 children. That is God’s hand in this – being given the gift of 3 loving and grounded kids. This took an enormous amount of courage to write this book, which I believe may have brought closure in some ways. I hope so.So cheers to Pam for this wonderful accomplishment- a triumph over seemingly insurmountable odds. And an incredible model for your kids to follow to beat whatever adversity they encounter. What a gift to them. And to all those who delve into this book.

Real & Raw Story of Perseverance
A raw and real retelling of a very personal story. This memoir was carefully written and doesn’t sensationalize the author’s painful past, instead showing how she kept going and growing into the person she was meant to be. Includes practical tips anyone can apply to their life to overcome big & small challenges.

    What a Great Read
This is an autobiography that you can’t put down and I am not an avid reader, it kept my attention the entire time. Her life story is amazing and the way she wrote the book brings you into her story and allows you to join her in her journey and encourages you in your own personal evaluation and motivation to change and learn.I never got distracted or felt like it was slow, but kept me wanting to read more and more. The personal growth, the work she put, and what she went through is not only unfathomable but the events and her recovery are compelling and encouraged me to dive in deep and work. How she has transformed and what she is doing now to help others is inspiring to say the least. She does a great job keeping everything light and interesting without being depressing. Her positive air is evident through the entire book.Read this book–you will love it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not your typical self help book! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This book breaks the mold of typical self-help guides. It skips the tired clichés and delivers practical, relatable advice that genuinely impacts your daily life. What sets this book apart is how each chapter concludes with helpful tips and takeaways- that are actually applicable to your own life! These endings make it highly relatable. It’s almost as if you’re receiving guidance from a wise friend. Her writing style is honest and raw, with a perfect mix of humor and heartfelt moments. I’m already looking forward to the next one! game-changer
This isn’t exactly a light read, but it’s 100% worth it. Pam gets real in a way that hits deep. It’s raw, honest, and super relatable. Reading her story felt like seeing parts of my own, and it reminded me I’m not alone. She doesn’t sugarcoat the tough stuff, but there’s still this quiet thread of hope running through it all. And those tips at the end of each chapter are total game-changer

    A Must Read !!
I had to read Pam’s book slowly & intentionally . As someone who has navigated the roller coasters of disappointment, abuse, and divorce- I found Pam’s book both comforting and empowering. The book isn’t just about positivity- it is raw, often painful realities of life while offering a roadmap to not only survive but thrive despite them. One of the most impactful aspects of the book is Pams emphasis on redefining what a “typical” life should be. Her perspective helped me see that life is not about conforming to a pre-set narrative but about embracing our unique journey . Her words encouraged me to find beauty and purpose in my path, regardless of how unconventional it may be.I Hope You’re Having a Great Day! I Know I Am is more than just a book; it’s a lifeline for those of us who have weathered life’s storms. Pam’s wisdom and warmth offer a sense of encouragement, reminding us that no matter how difficult our journey has been, there is always hope for a brighter tomorrow.

Excellent book about healing, strength and hope
What happens when a very young child experiences the unimaginable, carries the weight of it on her tiny shoulders for years and then isn’t believed or understood when she finally musters the courage to tell someone? There are many stories like this that don’t end well, and understandably so.This, however, is a book written from a place of hard earned and well deserved strength and a will to live a life centered in peace and beauty, and even forgiveness. I’m a little biased, having spent time as the author’s family friend, neighbor and babysitter when we were younger, but I didn’t know anything about what she was dealing with. Reading this book made me cry and laugh and above all believe that the human will to live the life one is meant to live is stronger than we know, even when it is derailed by events and adults with both good and bad intentions. The structure of the book is so clearly thought out, with each chapter describing the author’s story and then ending with lessons that are relevant to the events described. I know I’ll find myself going back to some of these tips and suggestions myself as I continue to navigate things I go through in my own life.
