Perfect book for father and son
My husband and teenage son (15) went through this together. It brought lots of insight, and I could truly see an impact immediately after reading it. I think it was great for bonding, discipleship, and spiritual growth. If you have a son that isn’t prone to growing spiritually himself, and a husband who is a little uncomfortable discipline, but wants to disciple, this is a great fit.

Let’s just say I have a hard time limiting myself to just one devotion a day. I keep wanting to read more and more. The way the Holy Spirit speaks through Pastor Stanley’s writings is infectious and inspiring. It’ll definitely have you craving more and more as you read. This is the 3rd time I have purchased this book. First for myself and I liked it so much I purchased 2 more for close friends. I plan on buying one for my son as well. Makes a great gift idea. The price is worth the value! I read in this devotional every day and it leads me to read in my bible. Often the passages address questions and concerns I may be struggling with. It is amazing to find inspiration at the precise time when needed. Charles Stanley is/was an amazing Minister with great insight. Highly Recommend all Pastor Stanley books.
