Great Journaling Bible. Plenty of writing space!
I started a new year-long read through the bible reading plan this year 2025 and wanted to try a journaling bible. I love this! The font seems smaller than I thought but I’m getting used to it. There’s plenty of places for notes and I used the Mr. Pen Highlighters on it and they don’t bleed through. I mostly used the NIV bible in the past and few years used the NLT thought I’d try this ESV and it’s made me look at things differently. This is a good price for this item and the quality is good. I think the font said 9.5 type and I’ve had 9.5 that was bigger through but I may be wrong on that. It’s hard to order bibles online but I love to write in mine when I read it each day and this is wonderful for the amount of space there is to write and how it lays flat to write.

IN LOVE WITH THIS BIBLE
Love this bible!! Perfect font size, leatherlike feel. The first journaling bible i found that I absolutely love and want to continue working in. Takes pastel highlighters really well and I use frixion pilot erasable pens that again work great in the bible! I will order again once I fill this bible up!!

This is a wonderful bible. I have been searching for a high quality journaling bible for a LONG time, and was struggling to find anything under $150+ This is an excellent bible, the faux leather is perfect, the type is easy to read, and the note space is perfect without being too big.

Perfect Bible for sermon notes
This is my second one of these. I used the first one for 8 years. I dated my sermon notes. It was great to look back over the years to see what was said the last time the pastor preached on that passage. Love the ability to write on the side and not have to squeeze it in between the lines.

Nice journaling Bible
When it comes to journal Bibles a larger print Bible in ESV or NASB is preferred. NASB Bibles for journal use aren’t readily available. This is one of the few that hat met most of the criteria. The cover is a standard color for Bibles and not only looks nice but softer than some journal Bible covers purchased. The print is fine and the notes column is standard. This may not appeal to all but for me I prefer a line for line journal line. It seems many of them recently researched are approximately 1 writing line per two levels. The pages are cream colored which seem to be the color of the majority of journal Bibles researched. This Bible is not a study bible, footnotes or reference Bible is that is a preferred feature. Other Bibles are in my collection for study so this Bible was chosen strictly for making study notes.

I absolutely love this! If you want something to pass down to your kids/grandkids, a present for someone else, or just for yourself and your progress in sanctification over time, this bible is great!

I bought this Bible to do journaling and Bible marking. Pages are slightly yellowish and not too thin which is great. Plenty of room to write stuff, however more suited to those with small handwriting. Only problem is that it is missing a verse! Matthew 18:11 doesn’t exist! Why?

Just got the Bible today and so far I’m not really super impressed compared to the wide margin crossway Bible I already have. It says tru-tone cover which is supposed to be the same as the one I already have but it’s more of like a pleather like texture which isn’t as bendy which I’m already iffy about now that I’m used to the true tru-tone. Also the pages are a cream color which is nice but my old Bible had white pages which I actually prefer now that I’m comparing them. The wide margin also has 11.5 font and now I’m seeing the huge difference of 9.5 font in this Bible. I honestly wish they’d just take the exact large print wide margin they already have and just add more margin. These really aren’t huge things but with a journaling Bible it’s like you usually spend a lot of time in them (like multiple years) so these little things I’m already seeing will probably become an issue in the future. In general it’s a very nice first Bible if you have nothing to compare it to. I got it cuz I want more note taking space but I’d honestly recommend the crossway wide margin Bible and just tape in extra pages.
