A Practical Guide to Overcome Insecurities & Rebuild A Healthy Self-Image for Success
Firstly, if you are like most of us who read books with prompts and just make a note of the response in your mind, you will need to actually grab a journal. Here’s why, I expected the author to speak about insecurity from the standpoint of just imposter syndrome, procrastination etc but listen the very first chapter blew me out the water because it dug into the ROOT of insecurity. It allows you to coach yourself to uncovering your insecurities straight out the gate. Writing my responses to the journal prompts gave me needed revelations. Then the author skillfully using scriptures and thought provoking quotes, moving from the mindset and spiritual aspects built out the guide to living beyond insecurity very practically. There’s no fluff and there’s a few times that if I did have edges they would have been promptly snatched. Thank you so much for this eye opening, practical book that I know I will be encouraging my friends to grab their copy especially so we can do the bonus 7 day challenge to move from insecurity to impact!!!

Dear Insecurity: Holding onto you is costly!
I enjoyed this book as it was easy to read, insightful and relatable. The summaries and “Coach Yourself” at the end of each chapter make it a practical book and not just an intellectual exercise for entertainment. I am warmed by Crystal’s candour and challenged to implement the instructions she has given. I plan to re-read the book so that I can benefit more from it. I recommend this to anyone who is seeking insight in releasing insecurity and becoming all she can be in Christ. I gave it 5 stars because it is such a good book!

I read this book from cover to cover and let me tell you–if you struggle with insecurities, this book is a tool for your arsenal.The message is solid. The tips are practical. The stories and raw. A solid read indeed.My favorite takeaway (that has truly transformed the way I view my own insecurities) is when the author says “the antidote to insecurity isn’t self confidence. It’s identity in God. If you know who God says you are, your insecurities will become powerless”.Such a powerful message.

Please! please! get your copy today. The author is transparent and helps us dig deeper to the core of our souls. When vision meets purpose and Faith walks in, we have the complete package. She has modeled that for us, chapter after chapter. My favorite part is the journaling and introspection, this helps us to ignite our potentials and fire up the flame of change. This is a great book for anyone struggling with insecurities. I especially love chapter two, which discusses defining success for yourself.
