The mat is very comfortable and versatile, and it does a great job of reducing joint impact during exercise. The only issue was that the carrying strap was missing from the package, but in terms of quality and workout comfort, it’s worth it.

Yoga mats come either 1/2" or full 1". This one is really is in the middle 3/4". I take mine to my gym for stretching and floor core work (not really yoga). Sage is a great color too. It collects prints pretty easily but cleans up well with a wipe or two.

Got the one in mint green — it was slightly brighter/more saturated than in the pictures but roughly in the same ballpark. It's thick but not too soft, so it provides pretty good stability as well. I like the balance.

At first I felt that it was slightly lacking in friction, in particular my hands tended to slide in downward dog pose. But after a few uses it improved a lot, probably because it gets slightly softer with some wear. Now I'm completely happy with this mat

Does not come with strap mentioned in the product photos. Coral pink is not an accurate description. It is pink pink, nothing coral about it. Mat has nice texture that helps with grip. Smells no worse than any other yoga mat.

This exercise mat is exactly what I was looking for! The soft sage green color is beautiful and calming, and the mat feels supportive and comfortable on my hardwood floors. It has a nice non-slip grip and enough cushioning for stretching, Pilates, and light workouts. I also love that it rolls out flat and looks stylish enough to leave out in the room. Great quality for the price and very comfortable to use daily.
