Well worth the cost-it works!
This item is worth every penny. For years I’ve burned sage-for about 5 seconds, then it goes out. This solves that problem! And it provides all the tools you need to keep your sage or incense burning, as the candle flame continually ignites the sage (or whatever smudge you are using.) The cleaning brush for ashes and leaves is really useful, as is the toothpick that I figure is for getting the ash out of the candle. wax I’m using a tea candle but it didn’t require that included disks-but may use them in the future. And it’s really nice looking. I thought it might be too big but it’s compact. Highly recommend!!

works well for incense sticks
This incense holder works well with Nag Champa sticks. The rotating brass piece lets you adjust the hole size to fit different stick widths or change the stick angle, which helps control how the ash falls. During use it caught all the ashes cleanly, and the smooth surface made it easy to wipe down afterward. The holder itself feels solid and well-made. I haven’t tried it with palo santo or sage yet, but for stick incense it performs reliably and looks great while doing it.
