Life changing book!!!
If you’ve ever experienced fear or anxiety in your life, “Peace of Mind” is a MUST READ!! I bought the audio version of “Peace of Mind” with the intention of listening to a chapter a day. I finished chapter one and I was so moved that I couldn’t stop listening. I was learning things that were so helpful to me that I lost track of time. I only realized how long I had been listening when I heard the closing credits. “Peace of Mind” has forever changed the way I respond to things that used to draw me into anxiety. The truths that you’ll learn in this book are life changing. This book is John 8:32 in action. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. (John 8:32) If you struggle with anxiety as I have for much of my life, I highly recommend that you get this book. You’ll be thankful that you did.

A Bundle of Blessings for the Anxious
So much good information in this book. I like both the width and depth of it. There are so many aspects to anxiety in this book covers the ball. I really liked the tool kit at the end. I’m a big believer in declarations as the author give specific short declarations and prayers and scriptures to help in certain situations This book is definitely a keeper.

Faith-based help that really brings calm
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this book really surprised me. It talks about anxiety in a way that makes sense and ties it back to scripture in a practical way. The verses and advice gave me a calmer outlook and reminded me that peace is possible when I put my focus on faith and truth. It’s an encouraging, uplifting read I’d recommend.

Calm in Christ
This book is exactly what my anxious heart needed. I’ve read many books on anxiety, but Peace of Mind stands out because it points me straight to Christ. It’s not about quick fixes. it’s about lasting healing through faith and truth. I felt seen, understood, and encouraged on every page. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace rooted in God’s promises.

Personally, it left me feeling like I’m supposed to rely only on emotions and belief
I went into this book hoping for a blend of faith and real, grounded explanations maybe even some science-backed insights, since the Bible itself often touches on wisdom that aligns with human experience. Instead mostly repetition about prayer, hope, faith, prayer, faith… It doesn’t dig deep into what anxiety actually is or how to manage it in practical, evidence-based ways (which i prefer) Personally, I didn’t find it encouraging because it left me feeling like I’m supposed to rely only on emotions and belief.

Brings a Sense of Peace & Hope
This book is both comforting and practical. I appreciated how it blends faith with clear steps for recognizing and overcoming anxiety, making the topic feel less overwhelming. The reminders about replacing fear with truth felt especially encouraging. I haven’t finished working through everything yet, but it already brings a sense of peace and hope.

A lovely take
I was curious about a faith-based approach to dealing with anxiety, hoping that the answer would not be 500 iterations of “Just pray it away”. I am glad to say I was not disappointed. It is the right balance of mrntal health through a Christian lense, supported by scripture.
