This Bible is beautiful and was exactly what I was looking for to present to my daughter at her HS graduation party. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. Guests will be encouraged to highlight their favorite verse and write an encouraging note to her in the margins.I’m also very pleased with the study notes in this Bible, as well as the various maps, articles, and resources at the end of the Bible.

Absolute “wow”
This is beautiful. It was wrapped like a present, like the seller understands every aspect of presentation for an emotional response. There was even a handwritten note that made me feel like it came from a friend, it wasn’t sterile. I felt special. I dropped a tear or two even. I’m including some photos (with and w/o flash) to share with y’all the quality and beauty of the sellers work. If anything looks crooked, it’s not them, it was just how I was sitting. And if it was crooked, that would be because that’s how you told the editor to place it.This also came like 2 days or so early! The entire process was quick and efficient. It came by FedEx for me. Which makes me even more surprised it came early. We don’t have a local FedEx, so the delivery truck comes from a station about 2 hours away.This review won’t be about the Bible itself, because the seller has nothing to do with the actual Bible, its binding, or its contents. This Bible I chose is the ESV Bible journaling edition, which is a student study Bible notes vs extensive study notes. I recommend that if you want to know what the inside of a Bible looks like, and what the translation is like, to use the christianbook website. They are literally the world’s largest online Bible seller. You can do a “look inside” on 90% of the items. That should help you pick out the perfect one for yourself and needs. Then hurry and run back here to see if it’s something the seller has options for.I have numerous Bibles, all for different needs. My main study Bible is about to explode from all the notes I have in it. For that I use the ESV Interleaved Edition. But it’s too much to lug around to church anymore. So I chose this one for that portability purpose.I’ve never had had a custom Bible before, but have wanted one. I am so glad I picked this seller because it’s stunning. I do believe it’s not burned, but is pressed, so the work is not in black. So mine is a darker brown than the rest of the cover. I do not know if the seller offers a burn option, but I wasn’t wanting that stark contrast. So I’m incredibly overjoyed.The design is clean. All connections are made and there’s no uneven “discoloring”. The design is deep enough that it won’t rub smooth into the cover for probably an extremely long time. As my cover distresses as I use it, i feel the design will still be visible.I also really liked the editing tool they have. So you can move your text around and change the size. You also have nice font options. The edit tool also lets you see the preview. So when you move or change things, you can see how it’ll all fit or not. I noticed this seller has a lot more editing options than others. This was the only one I saw that I can move my text over or enlarge it to be EXACTLY how and where I wanted it. You can even have text sit catty-corner if you wanted.So it’s more than just a fixed template.I know this is something the seller does on a daily basis, but for me, it’s quite extraordinary. They took a stock item and turned it into something special and sentimental.
