This prayer journal is absolutely gorgeous! I debated whether to keep it for myself or give it as a gift, and ultimately chose to share it with one of my chair yoga students. This Prayer Journal is fantastic. The layout is well done. The font is crisp and concise. It has line spacing as well as compartments with various shades of white and grey to keep things organized and eye catching. The prompts and thought provoking suggestions are relevant and interesting. It keeps you on track daily, weekly, and monthly. It gives just enough space to write that you’re not under pressure to write a book but enough to write a complete thought, so it’s time conscious too! The cover is soft and feels good in your hands. It has a place to slide your pen in so you’re always prepared to get right into your time with God. There’s a pocket inside the cover area that is perfect for a daily devotions or sticky notes or small notepad. This prayer journal would be great for both men and women as well as teenagers. This is not a “deep dive” into scripture or growth. This is a simple prayer journal that is another tool that you can use to grow your awareness and relationship with God by keeping you focused, keeping you on task and helps you get to a place of clarity and understanding. This is a wonderful gift for yourself or to give to others, even for couples to share and grow together as each can have their own since there’s a “his and hers” option which I thought was pretty cool. It would be a wonderful wedding or anniversary gift as well.
