A challenge to put this book down!!!
I began reading the personal testimonies in Connie Bryson’s memoirs and found such incredible inspiration and trust in the wonders and reality of God that I have felt moved to buy the book for as many people as I can to share His works available today in our modern world. Connie is an ordinary person chosen by God to experience extraordinary experiences, I believe in part, because of her childlike faith and obedience. Her testimony is valid and her credentials as a person of note both in the television media and the Christian faith at large rings true. No pun intended with “Saved by the Bell”. Her writing is simply compelling and speaks volumes of what we can expect if our hearts and minds are open to the power of our Lord and creator. Her art work is a gift to the eye and once again leaves me longing for more. Where can I buy prints of her illustrations???? A MUST READ for all ages and all time.

It is a biographical story, telling of her early difficult childhood and into her getting to know the Lord. Then she shares how He has worked in and through her. Unfortunately, it suffers from the lack of editing. There are extra commas and other punctuation errors and some awkward phrasing. It was worth reading.

MIRACLES – Expect Something Wild is the second book I’ve read by Connie Bryson (Engel). Each chapter is a stand-alone story of something deliciously supernatural that transpired in Connie’s life. She is a true believer in Jesus and gives Him all the glory. That said, I’ve only known one person in my life who has walked with the Lord as closely, as intimately as Connie. Her ear is fine-tuned to the voice of the Spirit, and each of her recollections fills me with wonder. I want what she has. I’m rather sad to have finished this book. My heart longs for more stories of miracles. I will pray to that end.

What a refreshing read. Great, encouraging stories.
If you are someone who is questioning faith, this book will surprise you in a good way. I love these stories. This book has such an amazing set of miracle stories that talk about the different ways God can show up. It’s really encouraging to see all the people who were helped by the Lord in dynamic ways. The stories in this book are confirmation that God still shows up today for people when they need Him. I look forward to future editions. Today, the news if filled with so many bad or negative stories. I’d rather ponder something more positive right before I go to sleep. This is the kind of book you can read a story out of right before you go to bed. (I kinda wish I’d read it slower so I could have more to read.)

This book is so inspirational. When the publisher sent me a copy, I sat down to read ‘MIRACLES – Expect Something Wild’ and stayed glued to the chair till I finished. This quick, riveting read strengthens your faith that supernatural miracles aren’t confined to Bible times. It’s so encouraging to read these amazing true stories. With each story the evidence mounts that contemporary miracles can and do happen, that God is still working wonders now.The icing on the cake for me was the author’s oil paintings, illustrating this book’s stories. The paintings look so beautiful on my Kindle Fire. (I’ve just bought a Kindle Edition in addition to the full color version of the paperback I was given.) I see that this is the first book in a series. Having read this initial installment, I’ll truly look forward to the next book in the series. Highly recommended.The publisher of this book provided me with an advanced copy in exchange for my honest review.

Connie Bryson has been extremely gifted by Our Lord, Jesus Christ with her premonitions through dreams bringing peace to those on the precipice of Death, and joy to those who have survived very difficult trials, even tragedy.That her child started realizing things deeper than his years blesses her indeed, reminding us that All Good Gifts come God to heal a torn World. I’ve read two of Connie’s ‘Miracle’ books. Stories ripped open my own tragedy – losing my son to suicide. Sobs felled me after one of her stories about the death of a beloved friend. My grief mellowed into acceptance of his death. God has numbered our days. As Connie approached the Gate where Jesus would issue her into Heaven, she experienced the brilliance of God’s welcome into Heaven, Hope was restored to me. Thank you, Connie Bryson.
