Finally a devotion I can commit to!
This super cute book has a shockingly timely message for every day. I like that as a busy person I can read that day’s entry and jot down some thoughts on the page of my takeaways for the application question at the end of each devotion. My husband and I have had some deep talks as I share what I read and what it meant to me in this season. It’s brought us closer even though I’m the only one reading it.It’s simple, impactful, and encouraging. I’m proud to say I’ve been doing it daily and looking forward to each one. You won’t regret choosing this devotional.

This is such a great little book, small but mighty!!!
I am REALLY enjoying this……new to the daily devotional practice, I feel God everywhere just when I go outside. But thought something “light” and relatable would be nice to start my day with. I read the sample on the listing page and thought it might be what would work for me- and I love it! A short scripture sets the stage for a paragraph of relatable situations a woman might encounter….you know, we all share those off days, when we’re rushed, or finding time to do everything, or dealing with emotions like sadness or loss. The daily “read” ties things all together, reenforcing how God and his gracious love and wisdom are right there to hold you up, help you though it, and lets you know you are never alone, no matter what you are going through. The author shares snippets of her personal life sometimes, but her writings are enjoyable, not overly long and not preachy! She ends each devotion with a question, something to think about or how one can put into practice the daily scripture. I’m so happy I found this little gem, I haven’t had it long but I’m already hooked and can’t wait to read the page for the next day!!

Got this for my mother for Christmas. She calls me at least a couple of times weekly to tell me how much she enjoys reading each daily devotional. She loves it so much, she even bought and sent one to me. So now I have been reading it nightly as well. I love that it’s not overly religious but still keeps God in the forefront of the message. This is a great gift for any woman in your life.

I love this devotional, it really makes you focus on trusting God!!I give this 4 stars because i noticed that the writer often refers to God as “he”, which should be HE with capital letters.Our God is Almighty & Powerfull so we should address Him with respect!!
