I am really impressed with the quality of these wooden crosses. While they are described as unfinished, they are beautifully stained and would display nicely without further embellishment if simplicity is what you are looking for. That said, they are perfect for just about any craft you may have in mind. They would be suitable for painting, decoupaging, adding to florals, or embellishing with whatever comes to mind.There are 12-12 inch/1foot crosses included, making them small enough for craft projects and still large enough to be the center of attention. Each comes with a base, so they can be free standing, they are lightweight and well balanced. The material is strong and sturdy. with edges that are smooth/ This design is classic. They do not appear to be durable enough to be used outside for extended periods of time, however, for a day or two they would be fine. There are slight variations in the finish, which provides a certain charm to the items. This set is highly versatile and definitely meet the expectations I had for them. I am very much looking forward to changing up the design for all seasons and displaying them in my home, at church, etc. At just over two dollars per cross, I believe this to be a wonderful value for an item that will last a long, long time.

Nicely made wood. They come stained and with a base for all off the cross. Good for painting or printing names in and giving as a gift. I got the for a little gift for my group at church. Going to paint and my everyone unique for my friend they will love them for sure and the base slips right in the cross super ez to set up.
