One candle came broken.
One of the candles arrived broken. It’s cracked alng the base and looks like it was packaged broken because it’s missing a chunk from the bottom but there is no debris in the box. All the other candles are in perfect condition.

Lazy packaging = Broken candles
I generally like these candles. HOWEVER, in my last order, 3 candles were broken. The manufacturer does not package these candles like they are fragile, and they are. It’s frustrating and wastes my money. When the burn time is 3 days max, damaged items matter.

not uniformly white and messy glued wrapping
The items arrived not as pictured. The wax was either poured unevenly or of poor quality. Part of the wax was white and part of it looked gray. The glass pillars were tightly wrapped with cellophane which was printed with warnings about use which was glued onto the glass. One would have to peel the cellophane off of each pillar and then scrub the glue off with a solvent of some kind to clean it.. Will return.
