Great daily reflection Christian journal
I’ve had this journal for about 2 months. When I first got it, I skimmed through the pages and didn’t think much of it. However, I’ve been reviewing and writing in it more regularly. I believe each daily section is about 5-8 sheets, with roughly 3 sheets for my reflections. By providing me with a moderate framework to follow, the guided parts allow me to avoid the experience of being confronted with blank pages, which may at times seem overpowering. Through the use of prompts, I am encouraged to record moments of appreciation, reflect on the benefits I have received, and put out prayers. Having this direction has helped me remain consistent, and even on days when I don’t feel like writing much, I find that I am filling up the pages since the questions automatically bring forth comments that are insightful. Each verse seems to have been selected with great care in order to connect with the themes of thankfulness, peace, and optimism. I have opened the diary on several occasions when I was going through a challenging day, and the scripture that was supplied to me was just what I needed to read at that very moment. It gives me a feeling of connection, almost as if the words were put there to meet me where I am without me having to do anything. Because of this, keeping a notebook has become less of a chore and more of a personal devotional time throughout the years. Additionally, I have seen that this exercise has assisted me in shifting my viewpoint over the course of the previous several weeks. Writing down the things that I am grateful for on a daily basis has helped me become more aware of the gifts that I may otherwise fail to see. When I take the time to capture even seemingly little occurrences, such as a pleasant chat or a brief period of silence, I have a greater sense of significance. Not only has this change strengthened my faith, but it has also provided me with a more optimistic attitude on life in general.

This is a beautiful tool to get into the habit of daily Bible study and reflection! There is a daily prayer, morning routine checklist (which is something I’ve been personally working on), a Scripture verse (which I then like to go read that entire chapter and reflection on what God’s saying to me in that chapter- in the reflection note pages), and it has 3 daily gratitudes for you to list (challenge: make it where you cannot repeat any of your gratitude/praise reports), along with some space to reflect on the specific verse that was listed- and what the Holy Spirit is saying to you when you read those Living Words of Truth. For example, the first verse is John 15:2; I read that, write my 3 daily gratitudes, reflect on that specific verse, then go to John chapter 15 and read it in its entirety, taking notes and reflecting on what the Spirit is revealing to me within that Scripture. I love it and highly recommend to anyone wanting to grow deeper in the Word and closer to Christ Messiah🙌😍❤️
